Ara mateix estic a mitges amb el quart volum de la "Song of ice and fire". Abans n'han caigut molts i de molts tipus i gèneres. Alguns que m'han fet córrer a la llibreria després d'esperar-los durant dos anys. D'altres que són autèntics caramelets. Alguns que simplement m'han fet companyia en un moment donat. Força que m'ha sabut greu acabar tot i que volia saber com acabaven. Pocs, poquíssims, que no he arribat a acabar. N'hi ha hagut alguns que es llegien ràpid, d'altres a poc a poc, assaborint-los. En diferents idiomes. De contes curts i d'històries llargues. D'aquí i d'allà. Perquè n'havia sentit a parlar, me l'havien recomanat o simplement perquè si.
Com totes les coses té un principi. Potser un culpable. El primer llibre que sóc capaç de recordar d'haver llegit com a tal. Ara comparteix estanteria amb tota una colla més nous que ell, però no serà mai un més. És especial. És "El Zoo d'en Pitus".
At the moment i'm reading the fourth book of the "Song of ice and fire". Before that, quite a few have spend some time between my hands. Some made me run to the bookshop after waiting for them for a couple of years. Some have been sweet discoveries and other just passed by. Some i've read them fast, other ones slowly, feeling their taste. Short stories, long novels, books in different languanges. And maybe it's time just to stop for a second and look back. Everything has a beginning. In this case the first real book i remember having read, something like a million years ago. Now it's surrounded by other books in the shelf, but it's never going to be one more. For me it's a book called "El zoo d'en Pitus" (Pitus' zoo).
